Shipping & Delivery
We process and ship orders from our New York warehouse Monday through Friday. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days (Mon - Fri, Not including weekend) of purchase, unless otherwise noted. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
We offer free shipping for all US orders over $25 via USPS Priority Mail. Orders being shipped to P.O. Boxes, APOs and FPOs ship via USPS. You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships.
We happily accept most unused and unworn merchandise within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund or credit.
1. Email: email@example.com to receive your return authorization number and a prepaid shipping label. Please specify the item(s) you would like to return.
2. Complete the return form and follow the instructions provided in your return authorization email. Please note that we offer FREE RETURN SHIPPING per order, however a return processing charge of $7 will incur for additional returns (of the same order). If you are returning multiple items from one order, avoid additional fees by returning them together.
3. If you received a free gift with purchase, please include it with your return if your remaining balance no longer meets the minimum required for the gift. If you prefer to keep the gift, please feel free to do so and the retail value will be deducted from your refund.
4. Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
We are NOT responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your packages.
